Teens risk health with night texting, talking

Is your child texting why s/he should be dreaming? They could be losing sleep and ultimately performing worse during the day, just because of their own cell phone.

Philly.com Reports:

“Sleep problems are often masked and hidden behind daytime problems,” Khan said. “The patients don’t realize it’s a sleep problem, and their physicians don’t realize it’s a sleep problem, so they get treated and diagnosed as daytime problems when that’s not the case.”

    Iam a lite sleeper, Ive been using shooting ear muffs to help me sleep at night. it helps but is hard to get comfort sleeping on my side ,and I often wake up with a sore neck ,I hate taking pills for anything !! any sugjestions ?
