markers, stickers, yarn and art supplies your arms can hold, create
a masterpiece and share it here for the world to see.

The Tip-Topper-of-the-class Art Contest runs from July 1 through
July 28. Encourage your friends, family, co-workers and neighbors
to vote for your entry. Winners in each age group will be selected
by popular vote, but don't worry; you may get a reward for
creativity along the way.
