One unfortunate side-effect of our sleep deprived society is that people sometimes start to doze off when they’re sedentary. The problem comes when that sedentary time is behind the wheel of a car. A recent U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) study of nearly 75,000 people shows that more than five percent had nodded off behind the wheel in the last month.
