Recently, our good friend Jewel spent the day talking to media across the U.S. about the importance of sleep for new parents. Jewel is a brand new parent herself, and is learning lessons along the way about how to get the proper amount of rest while caring for a child. Jewel’s son, Kase, was born this past summer.
