Foods To Avoid if You Want to Sleep

For a completely natural act, it sure does seem like a lot of things can get in the way of sleeping.  What you do before bedtime can have a HUGE impact on how well you sleep.  One of the big things is to watch what you eat and drink.  Shine, a Yahoo blog, this week published a great list of foods that can steal sleep time from you.  Here’s a quick look at the list:

  • Anything with caffeine
  • Aged cheese
  • Spicy foods
  • Processed or smoked meats
  • Alcohol
  • Milk chocolate
  • Ginseng tea
