Nearly Half of Americans Don't Sleep in Their Own Beds

Are you the type to fall asleep on the couch in front of the TV? If so, you have plenty of company.

Between work, kids, and social life Americans tend to be very busy and will catch a few Zzz’s wherever they get the chance. A survey by the Better Sleep Council found that 45% of Americans fall asleep somewhere else other than their own beds. The study also revealed that men are more likely to fall asleep in unfamiliar places than women. Also, 1 in 10 people who took the survey said that they sleep at work while 7% of respondents fell asleep at church.  The most odd finding was that 4% fell asleep in the bathroom.
