Sleep Myth Monday: Replacing Your Old Pillow

Myth or Truth: It’s best to replace your pillow every three years.

MYTH

Pillows should be replaced every 18 months to two years. Beyond that time, they lose their shape and ability to properly support your head and neck. Additionally, pillows are a breeding ground for bacteria, mold, bedbugs and dust mites.
