Dan’s answer: No way Jose! Putting your foam pillow in the wash will ruin it. Spot clean your foam pillow with a mild detergent and let the area completely dry before replacing the cover. The SleepBetter pillow covers themselves are machine washable. So says Happy Dan The Pillow Man!
