We have a number of stories and articles here on SleepBetter.org about getting enough sleep during this holiday season. There are a number of reasons why it’s a good idea, but one that’s often overlooked is that driving when you haven’t had enough sleep can at times be as bad as driving while intoxicated. With a lot of people doing their travel by car this year (whether it’s out of town or to a party across town), it’s a great time to remind everyone of the risk of drowsy driving.
