Are you a member of the lonely hearts club? A recent study from the University of Chicago shows that people who are lonely don’t sleep as well as other people. Of the 95 participants studied, those who were found to be feeling lonely cited excessive amounts of tossing and turning during sleep hours. In addition, it was found that being in a relationship did not necessarily determine how lonely a person felt. Since three out of four participants were married, it shows that being in a committed relationship can still leave you feeling lonely, and sleepy as well.
