It’s a fact that some people are able to be healthy and refreshed on a short amount of sleep.  These short sleepers (the late British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher was a famous one) make up perhaps 1% of the population.  They sometimes only need as little as four hours each night.  What makes them different?  Wall Street Journal Reporter Sumathi Reddy discusses efforts to try to figure that out.
