Superfoods That May Help You Sleep

It’s not new information that some foods can actually help you sleep better.  Here at SleepBetter, we’ve featured more than one article on the benefits of cherry juice for insomnia.  The Huffington Post recently went one step further, however, compiling a list of 10 superfoods that can help you sleep.  Below is the basic list.  For more information on each, click on this link.

  • Salmon & Cod Fish

Huffpo had one additional tip — drink plenty of water throughout the day.  People who are dehydrated have more trouble sleeping.  Be careful to moderate your intake during the evening, however, as you want to avoid waking multiple times during the night to visit the bathroom.
