New Story Added to Sleepy Tales Book, Selected by Betty White

The Sleepy Tales Book has been updated, with the assistance of Betty White!  The book is a companion to The Bedtime Stories Project, a project by SleepBetter designed to teach the importance of stories in a child’s bedtime routine.  The book was illustrated by internationally known artist Bill Nelson, who has, among other things, created covers for Time, Newsweek, The New Yorker, and even TV Guide.  Sleepy Tales is our “take” on classic fairy tale stories.  The latest story to be added to the book is Sleeping Beauty, and it was selected by Emmy Award-winning actress Betty White!  Ms. White is partnering with SleepBetter on The Bedtime Stories Project, and will be joining us at an event in Los Angeles later this week.

To read the latest Sleepy Tales story, visit the SleepBetter.org front page, and click on “Read Sleepy Tales”.

As part of The Bedtime Stories Project, we’re collecting original bedtime tales from our visitors.  To read some of those stories, to submit your own (which could be selected to be illustrated by Bill Nelson!) and to learn more about the project, visit the web site for The Bedtime Stories Project.
